Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By purchasing
from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. CUSTOM ORDERS AND ACCURACY
We manufacture custom foam tool inserts based strictly on the dimensions, layouts, or files you
provide. You are solely responsible for verifying that all tool measurements, counts, and layouts are
completely accurate before finalizing your order. We do not accept liability for inserts that do not fit due
to inaccurate customer-submitted specifications.
2. MANUFACTURING TOLERANCES
Foam is a flexible material. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that standard industrial
manufacturing variances apply. Final products may exhibit minor dimensional variances up to +/- 1/16
inch (1.5mm) from your exact specifications. These minimal variances do not constitute a defect and
are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND DESIGN FILES
By uploading or submitting any design files, CAD drawings, images, or branding layouts, you warrant
that you own the intellectual property rights or possess explicit permission to use them. You grant us a
limited, non-exclusive license to use these files solely for the production of your specific order.
4. MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Production begins rapidly once an order is placed. You may request changes or cancellations within 2
hours of order submission. Once material cutting or programming has commenced, orders cannot be
modified, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.
5. NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM GOODS
Due to the highly personalized nature of custom-cut foam tool inserts, all sales of custom products are
final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for custom merchandise unless the
product arrives physically damaged due to transit or exhibits a clear manufacturing defect that deviates
entirely from your approved layout file.
6. DAMAGE CLAIMS AND DEFECTS
You must inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Any claims for transit damage or
manufacturing defects must be submitted to our customer support team within 7 business days of
receipt. Please provide clear photographic evidence of both the packaging and the product issues to
facilitate a timely resolution.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the foam insert itself. We are not liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to your tools,
cases, storage systems, or loss of business revenue resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with local e-commerce laws and the regulations of your
registered business jurisdiction.
